1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 6k44 platform — including the website at https://6k44.app, any associated mobile applications, Progressive Web App (PWA) installations, or related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 6k44 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 6k44 platform and close your account. Continued use of any 6k44 service following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the 6k44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 6k44.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 6k44 services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the platform:

• You must be aged 18 years or older. 6k44 enforces a strict minimum age of 18 across all services, including account registration, deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawal requests. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using any 6k44 service.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering and using the account on your own behalf.
• You must not be self-excluded from 6k44 or from online gambling generally under any applicable self-exclusion agreement or scheme.
• You must act in good faith and not use the platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or illegal purpose.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gambling services under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

6k44 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 6k44 will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made on an underage account will be returned to the payment source where feasible, and all winnings generated on such an account will be forfeited without exception.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 6k44 services — including real-money betting, live casino games, and withdrawals — you must create a 6k44 account by completing the registration process at 6k44 Login. Each person is permitted to hold only one account on the 6k44 platform. Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held in them.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6k44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 6k44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 6k44 support at [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

6k44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This feature provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code sent to your registered mobile number upon each login. 2FA can be enabled at any time from your account security settings panel.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, 6k44 requires you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and, where requested, proof of address and payment method ownership. KYC is a standard industry practice that protects both players and the platform against fraud and money laundering. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will have the request cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

6k44 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions on the 6k44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 6k44 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 6k44 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically confirmed within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–60 minutes to reflect in your 6k44 account balance depending on your bank's processing times. 6k44 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 6k44 accepts no responsibility.

Only deposit funds that belong to you. 6k44 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment source, it will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests for bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active security review on the account. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 6k44 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account that is registered in the same name as your 6k44 account. 6k44 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Players must ensure their payment account details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request; 6k44 accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect account due to player error.

4.3 Refused Transactions

6k44 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be placed under review and the player will be contacted at their registered email address or phone number for further information.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6k44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, daily cricket betting bonuses, weekly reload offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a 6k44 account carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each specific promotion. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will not be available for withdrawal and will be removed from the account if the wagering deadline expires.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active on a 6k44 account at any given time, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• 6k44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered will be honoured under the terms active at the time of claiming, except where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings may apply and will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinated play across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, and instant-win titles available on the 6k44 platform are governed by the rules of the respective game or market, as published within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules applicable to each bet or game before participating. The following general rules apply across all 6k44 betting and gaming services.

6.1 Sports Betting

Bets accepted on the 6k44 sportsbook are binding once confirmed. Pre-match bets are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BCB matches, the ICC for international fixtures, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled according to the state of play at the time the bet was accepted by the system. RNG certification ensures provably fair and statistically random outcomes on every spin, hand, or game round. 6k44 does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to alter the RNG results of any certified game.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure during a game round or bet placement, 6k44 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. 6k44 will not be liable for any loss of winnings or anticipated winnings arising from a technical fault beyond its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, mobile network disruptions, or third-party provider technical failures.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6k44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 6k44 account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a 6k44 account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through arbitrage, systematic low-risk hedging, coordinated multi-account play, or any other method designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live dealer tables, or any other multiplayer game format available on the platform.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any other automated tool to interact with the 6k44 platform without prior written consent from 6k44.
• Money laundering: Using the 6k44 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their illegal origin. 6k44 has anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems in place and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false identity information or attempting to circumvent KYC processes using forged, altered, or third-party identity documents.
• Underage gambling: Registering or using a 6k44 account while under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in doing so.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

6k44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Requirement to comply with any legal obligation, regulatory instruction, or court order applicable under the laws of Bangladesh.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their 6k44 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be paid out to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of confirmation.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion at any time. A self-excluded account is permanently closed and the player is barred from re-registering on the 6k44 platform. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must close their account before the changes take effect.
